THE WHAT  (Coincidentally – this is a bad ass song by Notorious BIG)

My test experiment is driving traffic and monetizing with youtube videos, primarily using PBN links to rank the videos. I believe that the production and format of the videos could be standardized and scaled alongside the traffic and monetization.

THE WHY

I have chosen this experiment for a few reasons:

• Video traffic will only increase over time. Plus, Google owns youtube so youtube will continue to be central to anything related to video.
• There are many serps where youtube videos show on the first page of results and this is potentially a tactic that can be employed to claim multiple listings on page 1 of Google.
• A lot of people are afraid to get on camera, so becoming good at video marketing is a good way to get an edge.
• I also believe that when videos are done right — they lend more credibility than a post.
• The inevitable path to stardom as a youtube celebrity. “Sup ladies, I’m on youtube.” (Works every time)
• Video marketing is interesting to me so this will be a fun thing to test.

THE HOW

• I will create a branded youtube channel related to a product category.
• Create 2-3 videos on a few different products/brands within this category.
• Videos will be how-to’s and reviews.
• Interlink the related product brand videos
• Build PBN links to the individual videos as well as the channel.

THE WHO

I will be running this experiment myself. As soon as I produce income on this, I’ll train a virtual assistant on how to produce the same type of videos.

THE WHEN

I aim to be driving traffic and views within 45 days and making money on it within 60 days.
